About Cleur

Cleur is an artist whose experimental music balances raw expression with refined minimalism. Their sound feels intentional yet unbound, drawing from diverse influences to create something deeply personal and distinctly evocative.

Introducing their sound with Prologue in July 2021, a brief yet evocative instrumental that intertwines the emotive tones of electric guitar with atmospheric textures.

They followed in March 2022 with Liminal, featuring Cleur's vocals centered around a piano-driven chord progression, creating an expansive, immersive atmosphere.

Later that year, they collaborated with EMAS on Liminal +, a bold reimagining that took the original piece in an entirely different sonic direction, showcasing a contemporary perspective that emphasizes the juxtaposition between introspection and dynamic rhythms.

New Description

Cleur is an alternative artist whose music blends song-focused writing with minimal arrangements and atmospheric detail. Their work balances intimacy and space, letting melody and tone to guide each composition.

Cleur debuted with Prologue (July 2021), a short instrumental built around electric guitar and ambient layering. This was followed by Liminal (March 2022), a piano-led track featuring vocals and an expansive, structured arrangement.

In late 2022, Cleur collaborated with EMAS on Liminal +, a reimagined version with a faster, contemporary rhythmic focus.
